We established Lifespan DTS with the vision of providing Specialist Therapy Services for the Blue Mountains. We saw the need for a holistic multidisciplinary team approach. As therapists with extensive experience in the disability sector, we realised that by collaborating we could offer a high-quality service.
Since then we have worked with people with disability, their families and carers to provide comprehensive therapy support. This includes assessments and short or long term therapy sessions. Our aim continues to be to work with families and individuals to develop key skills to achieve their goals at all life stages.
Therapies are tailored to meet the needs of each individual and can include early intervention, communication, daily living, transitions from home to school or from school to adult life, social skills and community involvement, post-school support and aged care support, functional, assessments equipment prescription and life skill coaching.
